DINNER @ 7PM, YUMMY!!!!

Opening Day lobster Season was a gorgeous day, you could go in the calm Ocean and no crowds, in fact there was just one other boat far off, we love Abaco for that reason. This was all we needed for our guests coming to dinner tonight! Life is Good!

What a great picture of the lobster. What time should we come for dinner? Just kidding.........but we do miss you guys and Lubbers.

How did you prepare the lobsters? What did you serve with them? I know your guests must have gone home with a happy tummy.

I fondly recall having fresh tuna salad at your house that Mark made. It was "fresh" and not from a can. The best tuna salad I've ever had. Maybe you would share his recipe?

Keep up the good work on the Blog. It's nice to visit the islands and especially Lubbers this way.

Patti, Will we beable to get Lobster in November? Not that what we eat matters but who we eat it with! Can't wait to be back in paradise! Thank you so much for all you and Mark do to preserve it.

The Lobsters were steamed with a white wine butter sauce, served over rice and with a simple salad and a lovely Pinot Grigio, FANTASTIC! Yes Deb lobster season is open in November and we will try and find some for dinner when you come!!!

Ohhhhh -

There goes my concentration for the rest of the day. I'm suffering from Lobster Lust. Which is sad since I live in Boston. Nothing beats eating in Abaco though.

Monsters in the box!!! We're sad we missed our first opening day with y'all in 4 years, particularly since the white wine butter sauce won out! Maybe we'll get a chance to try it later in the season.
Much love, Jordi and Edward
